At Process Risk, we make every effort to protect your privacy when you interact with us electronically, by phone or in person. The purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to document the privacy practices of Process Risk, LLC and its affiliated entities (“Process Risk”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) with respect to Personal Data that we may collect. The Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data we obtain from or about our clients and it applies to all forms of data handling (online, hardcopy, including that provided through our website). If we obtain Personal Data we will process such information in accordance with any contracts or other agreements established with that client. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Process Risk employees, however does apply to information collected about prospective job applicants and former employees. SECTION 1 – WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION CAN BE COLLECTED?
Process Risk markets consulting services and the types of information collected would be related to that activity. Some typical types of Personal Data may include:
- Contact information for project proposals and or contract awards such as contact name, job title, company name, mailing address, phone numbers, email address, gender, service interests, source of information, events attended, correspondence and notes related to our business relationship with the customer),
- Payment information (including credit card information, billing address, and bank account information),
- Résumé and related information for those applying for a job or serve as a subcontractor / teaming partner.
SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties or otherwise disclose your Personal Data to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Our website includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Process Risk. Social Media
The Process Risk website includes links to social media, such as the Facebook Like button, and LinkedIn and Twitter widgets. These features may collect Personal Data about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party. The Personal Data provided to those third parties is governed by the privacy statements of the companies that provide them.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
