Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies are required by OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) standard, 29 CFR 1910.119 and EPA’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) rule, 40 CFR Part 68. They are the core of your site’s PSM / RMP programs.  Learn this fundamental part of managing your facility’s risk.
